11. Place the UltraVent on the frame

frame if the electrical compartment

Ensure that none of the cables are
crushed [

13. Mount the suitable cover plate

14. Open the left side wall of the unit

Carefully set the safety temperat-
ure limiter to one side.
16. Break out a hole in the rear wall of the
electrical compartment.
17. Guide the BUS cable and the shielded
cable through the hole and fasten the
PG screw connection.
18. UltraVent XS – year of manufacture
until 01/2023 [
Plug the control cable into a free BUS
interface of the fan motor

Units until 20/03/2023:
Plug the control cable into a free bus
interface of the fan motor (1).
Important:
If the UltraVent XS (year of manufac-
ture until 01/2023) is installed on a
unit with year of manufacture from
03/20/2023, a BUS translator must
be installed (Item number:
87.01.966S).

Disconnect the termination resistor
(white connector) from the bus inter-
face (2). The connector is part of the
wiring harness and can be left hanging
freely.
Plug the control cable into a free bus
interface of the fan motor.
19. Fix the cable to the rear side of the unit
with the self-adhesive cable clips sup-
plied.
20. Connect the shielded cable to the
steam generator housing with the
ground connection [
21. Mount the fastening of the safety tem-
perature limiter.
22. Close the left side panel.
23. Slide the pre-assembled tower into the
middle of the installation cabinet.
>
Do not push the tower completely
into the installation cabinet yet to
make the installation of the side
panels easier.
24. Mount the side panels on the left and

25. Push the pre-assembled tower into
the final position [
26. Unlock the front end of the UltraVent.

27. Hook in the front end of the UltraVent
and lock the front end [
28. Fasten the perforated plate at the bot-
tom with the filter fastening

29. Mount the type plate.
