Unpacking
WARNING
The product and the packaging material are not
children's toys!
Do not let children play with plastic bags, films or
small parts! There is a danger of choking or suffo-
cating!
• Open the packaging and carefully remove the prod-
uct.
• Remove the packaging material, as well as the pack-
aging and transport safety devices (if present).
• Check whether the scope of delivery is complete.

• Check the product and accessory parts for transport
damage. Immediately report any damage to the
transport company that delivered the Product. Later
claims will not be recognised.
• If possible, keep the packaging until the expiry of the
warranty period.
• Familiarise yourself with the product by means of the
operating manual before using for the first time.
• With accessories as well as wearing parts and re-
placement parts use only original parts. Spare parts
can be obtained from your specialist dealer.
• When ordering please provide our article number as
well as type and year of manufacture for the product.

Assembly
ATTENTION
Always make sure the product is fully assembled
before commissioning!
ATTENTION
Due to the heavy product weight, we recommend that
at least three people assemble the product.
Note:
Place the product on a level, even surface.
Note:
Ensure that the safety switch and cable are not broken
or damaged by being crushed, pulled or the like.
Tool required:
* Not included in the scope of delivery!
• Pad*
• Open-ended spanner/socket spanner, size 10 mm*
• 2x open-ended spanner/socket spanner, size 13
mm*
• Needle nose pliers*

Fitting the wheels (11) (Fig. 3)
1. Place a pad on the floor to avoid damage to the
product.
2. Carefully remove the product from the transport case
with the help of another person.
3. Place the base frame (7) on the pad.
4. Push the wheel axle (A) into the base frame (7)
5. Push an M16 washer (B), a wheel (11) and an M16
washer (B) onto both sides of the wheel axle (A).
6. Secure the wheels (11) on both sides with a split pin
(C).
7. Tilt the base frame (7) onto the wheels (11).
Note:
Bend the free ends of the split pins with a needle nose
pliers to secure them.
