Um die Gewichtsunterschiede innerhalb der Zentrifugiergefäße mög- lichst gering zu halten, ist auf eine gleichmäßige Füllhöhe in den Gefäßen zu achten.

Beim Beladen des Rotors darf keine Flüssigkeit in den Rotor und in den Schleuderraum gelangen. Bei Rotoren dürfen die Zentrifugiergefäße nur soweit befüllt werden, dass während des Zentrifugationslaufes keine Flüssigkeit aus den Gefäßen herausgeschleudert werden kann.
