    Zentrifugation Wird der zulässige Gewichtsunterschied innerhalb der Beladung des Rotors überschritten, schaltet der Antrieb während des Anlaufs ab, die Unwuchtanzeige leuchtet auf und IMBALANCE wird angezeigt. Ist die Drehzahl im angewählten Programm höher als die maximale Drehzahl des Rotors, kann kein Zentrifugationslauf gestartet werden.

    • Die Rotoren und Zubehörteile müssen unmittelbar nach der Reinigung getrocknet werden. • Winkelrotoren, Behälter und Gehänge aus Aluminium sind nach dem Trocknen leicht einzufetten (Hettich- Schmierfett Best.-Nr. 4051). • Bei aerosoldichten Rotoren und Bio-Sicherheitssystemen (siehe Kapitel "Anhang/Appendix, Rotoren und Zubehör/Rotors and accessories") sind die Dichtungsringe regelmäßig (wöchentlich) zu prüfen und zu reinigen.

    Lässt sich der Fehler nach der Störungstabelle nicht beheben, und erscheint nach NETZ-RESET die Fehlermeldung erneut in der Anzeige, so ist der Hettich-Kundendienst zu benachrichtigen.     Rotors and attachments may no longer be utilised upon indication of wear and tear or corrosion. 22.2.1 Supporting lugs With swing-out rotors the supporting lugs must be regularly lubricated (Hettich Lubricating Grease No. 4051) in order to ensure consistent swinging out of the hangers. 22.3 Autoclaving Swing-out rotors, angle rotors made of aluminium and accessory parts can be autoclaved at 121°C (20 min).

    Rotori ed accessori non devono essere più utilizzati se presentano consumo o corrosione 22.2.1 Perni di trascinamento In rotori oscillanti, i perni di trascinamento devono essere lubrificati regolarmente (Grasso lubrificante Hettich no. d’ord. 4051) per consentire un’oscillazione equilibrata dei ganci. 22.3 Mantenere in autoclave I rotori oscillanti, rotori angolari in alluminio e gli accessori possono essere riposti in autoclave a 121°C (20 min.)
