- Install the ladder according to the installation instructions and place it in a location, if possible visible, through which the pool can be entered and
exited. Remove the ladder after use.
- Mount the filter unit according to the following instructions. The filter unit must be separated from the pool by at least 3.5 m after it has been
connected to the pool with hoses.
INSTALLATION OF THE CHECK VALVE (VR)
Fig. 33.
2) After the seals have been fitted, insert the rubber (B) into the pre-cut hole from the inside to the outside wall on the non-return valve (A). Cut off
the casing part hanging over the outside.
3) Place the rubber washer (C) on the outer wall, apply Teflon to the threads and tighten it with a large nut (D). On the return hose leading from the
filter unit to the check valve (a), apply Teflon and secure everything with a clamp (H).
For better filtration, we recommend guiding the water. To do this, loosen the washer (AR), move the flushing head ball (BO) slightly upwards on
one side of the pool and tighten the washer (AR). This will direct impurities to the siphon.
SKIMMER INSTALLATION (SK)
Fill the pool to 5 cm below the siphon hole, Fig. 35. On the casing, mark the square hole for the
installation of the siphon with a felt-tip pen and cut off the casing part marked with a sharp-edged
knife.
Place the double rubber washer (Z) on the steel wall. The steel wall and the casing must fit into
the washer groove. Next, install the siphon frame with screws. Make sure that all holes are sealed
(washer, hole and siphon). With screws, fix the holes one after the other until there is a perfect match,
but do not tighten them too much. Start fixing and finally tighten the screws in the same order, fig. 36.
fig. 30
The non-return valve ensures that the filtered water
is reintroduced from the filter system, Fig. 33.
Important: Teflon must be applied to all threads.
Excess Teflon can cause the component to break.
Remove the rear fitting of the non-return valve and
insert Teflon, screw through.
1) After the water level is +/- 10 cm, Fig. 34,
mark the hole in the casing under the lower edge of the valve with a felt-tip pen and cut
the casing in a cross shape with a sharp-edged knife from the inside wall of the pool
towards the outside wall, without going over the punched hole.
Cover the thread of the frame (M) with Teflon and fix it
stably to the siphon. With a clamp
(H) attach one end of the hose to the frame (M). Connect the
other end of the hose to the water filter inlet and tighten it with
a clamp.
with regard to water tightness, it is important to apply Teflon to all threads. Use a screwdriver to install the
sluice gate (P) Place the closing basket (S) inside the siphon and the lid (C) on top.
