INSTALLATION OF THE PVC BOARDING (L)
Before installing the casing, you must cut out the hole prepared for the siphon (with scissors that can cut metal). The cut-out parts must be filed down
to ensure that the metal cannot damage the casing.

Important: The installation of the shuttering should be carried out by two or more people. The PVC used in our shuttering is designed to withstand
solar radiation over a long second space. Depending on the intended use or climate conditions, the material properties may vary slightly.
Do not under any circumstances walk with shoes on the top of the casing or leave tools there. If the casing is punctured during installation, the
warranty will be voided (check the warranty).
The shell is the most important and vulnerable part of your pool. The shell must be unpacked without knives or sharp objects and stored separately
from the rest of your pool. Store in a safe place where it cannot be damaged by tools or the steel wall of the pool.
The shuttering installation should be carried out on a sunny day (at least 20ºC). The coping has been developed based on vinyl material. This
material has a high degree of mobility (therefore it can be properly adjusted during the assembly of the pool) and therefore it must be warm during the
assembly of the pool.
a)
Position the formwork (L) in the centre of the pool, photo 10, and unroll it along the pool, photo 11. The central weld connecting the pool
foundation must be perfectly centred. Important: when unrolling the formwork, turn it over so that the folded parts face upwards and the shaping
ones face downwards.
b)
Lift the boarding wall, protect the top edge of the steel wall of your pool and secure it in this position with clothes pegs. After the casing has been
positioned, there may be excess material or bagging at the bottom. Clean up this excess material by gently pulling on the casing (from the
outside of the pool). It is extremely important that the casing is centred and that the central weld at the foundation of the casing is in the middle
of the pool. It is also important to ensure that there are as few folds as possible. To keep the number of wrinkles from the bottom of the pool as
low as possible, you must spread out the formwork towards the sides of the pool while the pool is being filled with water. Take your time for this
process.
Fill the pool with about 2 cm of water, stretch and spread the casing from the central weld and towards the sides and top. This gives, photo 13,
as good a tension as possible. Check that the water is evenly distributed in the pool. If pools of water form at the bottom of the pool, it means
that there are still gaps at the bottom. If the water collects on one side of the pool, it means that this area is not level. If this is the case, you will
have to repeat the whole process again from the beginning of the installation, starting with the proper levelling of this area.
c)
After the bottom is free of wrinkles, fill the pool with 30 cm of water, BUT DO NOT FILL IT COMPLETELY AT THIS TIME. The water pressure
will cause the casing to stick to the walls and bottom.
d)
At the same time, check that the formwork fits properly to the walls. Correct any excess formwork by gently tightening on the outside of the pool,
thereby reducing the amount of formwork in the pool.
