ASSEMBLY OF THE STEEL WALL (CH)
Installation must be carried out on a sunny, windless day by two or more people. It is extremely important that gloves and glasses are worn during
installation to avoid possible injuries caused by steel edges. During installation, the steel wall must not be bent and must be rolled out very carefully.
a)
On a cardboard top in the centre of the circle, set up the steel wall vertically (with the inside sticker of the wall facing up). This makes it easier
to roll out the steel wall and avoid scratches. The opening prepared for fixing the siphon is at the end of the steel roll.
Reminder: to avoid cuts, wear gloves and glasses during steel wall assembly.

Without finishing, fold out the wall completely and start aligning the wall in the opening found at the bottom guide. The beginning of the steel
wall must be aligned with the base plate T1, photo 4. Normally, the wall assembly starts from the base plate T1 located in the middle of the
semicircle to ensure that the opening prepared for the siphon is right next to it after the wall has been fully unrolled.
c)
Continue to check regularly that the wall is well positioned in the opening of the PCM guides. Also check that the transition guides are
well positioned.
Tip: to prevent the walls from tilting inwards during assembly, fix the wall to the vertical supports or columns (1), photo 5.
d)
Complete the circle with the wall and make sure that the holes on each steel wall match, then complete with the screws (TO) and make sure
that the screw heads are in the inner part of the wall. The washers (AR) and nuts (TU) must be on the outside of the pool, Fig. 22.
