• Dosing system:
Loosen the fixing screws in the
electrical compartment (Phillips size 5).
Completely remove the dosing system
including all pneumatic hoses and
cables.

• Bleed valve:
Install a new magnetic valve (V2).
This is needed to bleed the
pneumatic system. Here two holes
need to be drilled into the separation
plate (see picture ).
Split the pneumatic hose marked in
black and connect to the valve.
The valve is electrically connected in
parallel to the pump.
New dosing system with safety switch
LF2 in the pneumatic system.
Fit this in reverse order to the removal
of the old system.
Fix all hoses and cables using cable
binder.
Avoid friction areas!
