Safety notes
Safe operation of the system can only be guaranteed if all the hints and warnings
contained in these instructions are followed at all times.
• The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse of the
unit.
The unit could become dangerous if installed or used incorrectly.
Mechanical/electrical installation, commissioning and maintenance of the unit must
be done by skilled and trained personnel authorised by the plant operator.
All instructions in this manual must be followed at all times.
Contact protection electrical components (danger of electric shock) is removed when
the cabinet roof or the front panel of the electrical compartment is removed. The
electrical compartment must only be opened by trained skilled personnel.
Delivery:
Completely assembled dosing system.
Pneumatic controller (air manager (AM)) complete „Version FÄKO 2000".
230V magnetic bleed valve.
Original diskette with LDB400a special software.
Hint!
A block system (valve) for the water sampler suction hose that protects the sampler
from overpressure in the rest periods is not included in the delivery.
Our recommendation is that the block system must be closed when not powered or
should be connected to a battery power backup. This is absolutely necessary if there
is a power failure during a sampling sequence as in this condition the sampling hose
is open and the sampler can become flooded! This could lead to irreparable damage.
The manufacturer cannot accept any responsibility for this.
