5. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
No water is
coming out
No steam is
generated
The coffee comes
out of the edge of
the filter holder.
Coffee comes out
too slowly or no
coffee comes out
at all

Water tank is out of water.
Remains of mineral deposits in the
internal passages.
You have not removed the silicone
plug from the water tank inlet.
Machine malfunctions.
Steam nozzle clogged.

There is too much coffee in the
filter.
There is ground coffee in the
sealing ring of the filter holder.

The ground coffee is too fine, and

Solution
Pour water into the water tank.
Perform the descaling process.
Remove the silicone plug from the
water tank inlet.

Clean the steam nozzle and perform
the descaling process.
Pour water into the water tank.

Turn off the machine and wait for
it to cool down. Clean the filter and
