Mounting

Attach the load cells at the mounting holes and apply load to the other end.
The scope of supply includes two seals for sealing the gap surfaces on the
face against microbiological contamination. The screws and tightening torques
to be used are given in the following table:

Recommended value for the specified property class. Please comply with the screw
manufacturer's instructions with regard to screw dimensions.

The installation has to be done with sealed, easy-to-clean and
EHEDG certified M6 screws.
Freudenberg Hygienic USIT Washers 70 EPDM 291 for M6 (HBM
accessory number E-9278.0013) can be used for sealing the screws.
* According to the EHEDG design guidelines a minimum distance of
6 mm is recommended for easy cleanability.

Important
Load must not be applied to the side where the cable connection is located, as
this would cause a force shunt.
