Savety instructions
To ensure safe operation carefully observe the instructions given in this manual. Where a failure may involve
damage to property and injuries to persons, appropriate safety measures (e.g. support against collapse,
overload protection, etc.) must be taken by the user. The same applies for the accessories used.
The load cells can be used as machine components (e.g. with container weighing). Please note in these cases
that, in order to provide a high sensitivity, the transducer has not been designed with the safety factors normally
applied in machine design. Additional savety mechanism may be necessary.
Observe the relevant accident prevention regulations and take into account items stated in chapter "Technical
data".

The prerequisites for correct and safe operation of this transducer are competent transportation, appropriate
storage, installation and mounting.
The electronic system processing the measurement signal must be designed such that no consequential
damages occur as the result of a failure of the measurement signal.

Mounting

-- The transducer must be handled with care.
-- Do not overload the transducer, not even for a short time.
-- Dust, dirt and other particles are not to accumulate such that they affect the transducer's mobility and thus
falsify the measured value.
-- Every transducer should be shunted by a stranded copper cable (approx. 50 mm
after installation to prevent any welding or lightning currents from flowing through the transducer.
