Fitting foot with wheel to frame (enclosed acces-
sories bag B) (fig. 5)
Mount frame and foot with wheel (f) with 2 hexagon
screws, 2 washers and 2 nuts. Tighten the screws firm-
ly. Install the wheels (m) on the wheel axle as shown
in Fig. 5.
Fitting drum lower section (enclosed accessories
bag C) (fig. 6)
Mount the bearing retainer (c) on the designated posi-
tion on the lower drum section and tighten the locking
washer with two screws, two washers and two nuts.
Fitting mixing drum (enclosed accessories bag D)

Secure the mixing drum (g) to the drum lower section
(d) with 2 washers and 2 nuts using 2 screws. Insert
one rubber washer each between mixer and drum!
Fitting drum upper section (enclosed accessories
bag E) (fig. 8)
Put on the upper section of the drum.
Attention! The pasted arrows mark the exact direction
of the upper or lower section of the drum. Align the
upper section of the drum and mount it on the lower
section of the drum with M6x16 screws, washers and
spring washers and tighten it.
Secure the mixing drum (g) to the drum upper section
(b) with 2 washers and 2 nuts using 2 screws. Insert a
rubber disc between the mixer and the drum!
Mounting the perforated disc (enclosed accesso-
ries bag F) (fig. 9)
Fix the perforated disc as shown in fig. 9 and fix it with
the screws (F).
Fitting swivel front handle (enclosed accessories
bag G) (fig. 10)
Insert the spring into the rod tube. Hold it in place with
one finger, place the rod over the larger diameter of the
shaft so that the spring rests on the shaft. Press the rod
downwards until the holes in the holder are aligned with
the hole in the handle. Fix the handle with the screw
(G). Tighten the nut, but not too tight, so that the handle
can still be turned easily.
Fitting engine housing (enclosed accessories bag
H) (fig. 11)
Place the engine housing on the frame and make sure
that the shaft fits into the mount of the motor. Then fix the
engine housing with three screws, washers and nuts.

Start up

m ATTENTION!
Always make sure the device is fully assembled
before commissioning!
Operate the concrete mixer only if no parts (e.g.,
safety covers) are missing or defective, and the
connecting cable is not damaged.
Set up:
• Place the concrete mixer horizontally on even, firm
ground.
• Do not place it on the connecting cable!
• Route the connecting cable in a manner, such that
it cannot be kinked, crushed or damaged in some
other way.
Note:
It should be possible to swivel the drum to the
right and left. There must be sufficient space for
a wheelbarrow under the drum, so that it can be
emptied.
Activation:
• Plug the device into the socket Activation on "I"
(green button) / Deactivation on "0" (red button)
Moving the drum:
• To move the drum, pull back the hand wheel so that
the drum can be moved.
• When the drum is in the desired position, lock the
hand wheel again.
Filling (Fig. 12a/12b)
• Before filling the drum, ensure that the opening is
aligned in such a way that the mixture cannot fall
out of the drum.
• Put the mixture in when the drum is rotating (do not
overfill the drum)
Caution! Risk of moving parts
Emptying (Fig. 13a)
• Swivel the drum in the downward direction to empty
it
• Ensure that there is an adequate container under
the drum (e.g., wheelbarrow).
• Ensure that no mixture falls on the ground
