Device pairing
If the remote control needs to be relearned or replaced, it can be re-
paired with the radio falling wedge. With the remote control switched
on, briefly press the "Forward" and "Reset" buttons simultaneously; the
status LED then flashes red. Now press and hold the "Forward" and
"Reset" buttons simultaneously until the status LED goes out and the
signal LEDs start to light up one after the other. Shortly afterwards, the
serial number of the felling wedge is saved and the remote control
automatically returns to normal operation.
If the remote control cannot pair with the felling wedge, check that the
felling wedge battery is charged and inserted and that the distance
between the units is not too great.
Caution: The function remains active for 1 minute, then the remote
control switches off.
