Check that the felling wedge is aligned with the felling

Do not hit the felling wedge with a hammer.

Lubrication and cleaning of the felling wedge
The maximum lifting power and service life can only be achieved
with sufficient lubrication and clean running. Dry running under
load can lead to damage.
Lubricate and clean the felling wedge before each felling
