Troubleshooting

In purchasing the multimeter, you have acquired a
product state of the art design that is operationally reli-
able.
Nevertheless, problems or faults may occur. Which is
why we would like to describe here how you can solve
any problems:

Error
Resistance reading
and continuity test
are not possible
No measurement possible
No change in
measured value.
Incorrect measured values
are displayed.
Repairs, other than those just described, should only be
carried out by an authorised specialist.

Possible cause
Is the battery flat?
Test the status of the battery
and the fuse if required.
Is the fuse faulty?
Check the fuse (fuse replacement)
Is the right measuring range and measuring
mode selected (AC/DC)?
Did you perform a zero adjustment of the
display or a 0-Ohm calibration for resistance
measuring before startinng the measure-
ment?
