Service Check
Wir bieten eine große Anzahl verschiedener Servicepläne an, um die Anforderungen aller
Kunden zu erfüllen. Dieses Angebot bezeichnen wir als ServiceGuard.
Die Servicepläne beinhalten eine Inspektion der Geräte, Austausch von Ersatzteilen, Einstellung
der optimalen Betriebsparameter/Kalibrierung und einen abschließenden Funktionstest.

Service Check - LaboForce-100
Information about total operation time and servicing of the machine is displayed on the screen at
start-up.
After 1,500 hours of operation time, a pop-up message will appear to alert the operator that the
recommended service interval has been exceeded.

Service information
LaboForce-100 provides extensive information about the condition of the various components.
Service information is read-only information. Machine settings cannot be changed or modified.
•
From the Main menu (Hauptmenü) select Maintenance (Wartung) > Service functions
(Servicefunktionen).
In the Service functions (Servicefunktionen) screen you can access a number of screens:

Device information (Geräteinformationen)
•
Statistics (Statistiken)
•
Inputs (Eingaben)
•
Outputs (Ausgaben)
•
Voltage and temperature monitor (Überwachung von Spannung und Temperatur)
•
Functional tests (Funktionstests)
•
Adjustment and calibration (Justierung und Kalibrierung)
Die Serviceinformationen können zur Zusammenarbeit mit dem Struers Service benutzt werden,
wenn beispielsweise das Gerät per Ferndiagnose diagnostiziert wird.

Hinweis
Ein Service darf nur von einem Servicetechniker von Struers oder qualifiziertem
Fachpersonal (Elektromechanik, Elektronik, Pneumatik usw.) durchgeführt
werden.
