SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
•
Keep the cookware away from children at all times. There is a considerable
risk of injury!
•
Caution: Danger of burns: Cookware, lids, handles and knobs get very hot. Use
suitable oven gloves or oven mitts!
General instructions
•
Make sure that liquids never boil away completely in the cookware. Do not
leave empty cookware on a hot cooking zone.
•
Never fill cookware up to the brim. Approximately ⅔ of the total content is
considered the maximum filling quantity.
•
Overlying glass lids can change the coating on the rim. This is not a functional
restriction.
•
The cookware may show a so-called hollow bulge when cold. This is not a
defect, but is technically conditioned and compensates for itself in the heated
state.
•
Take care when handling hot oil or fat. If oil ignites: smother flames with a
towel or blanket. NEVER pour water over hot oil!
•
Do not pour cold water into hot, empty cooking dishes. There is a risk of
material damage!
INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
Before first use
•
Remove all packaging and any stickers.
•
Clean the cookware in hot rinsing water to remove any production residue
and dry it well.
•
Use a kitchen towel to rub non-stick and ceramic coatings with a little cooking
oil. This procedure should be repeated from time to time to ensure a long
service life of the coating. Use suitable oven gloves or oven mitts!
Hob
•
The cookware is suitable for all hob types: Gas, electric, ceramic, induction.
•
Choose the size of the hob or flame to ensure that the heat or flame only
comes into contact with the bottom of the hob and does not rise up the sides.
•
On glass (ceramic) hobs, always lift the cookware and gently put it down.
Never push the cookware over the hob to avoid damaging the surface.
