11. Operation

a) Settings

• Press and hold the SET button (2) for approx. 2 seconds. The first parameter flashes.
• Press the + (6) or - buttons (7) to to change the value. Press and hold the button for fast
setting.
• Press the SET button to confirm the setting and to go to the next parameter.
• If you don't press any button for 30 seconds, the last set value is accepted and the weather
station switches to normal display mode.
• If necessary, press the LIGHT/SNOOZE button (1) to exit setting mode immediately.
• You can set the following parameters:
Button sounds (beep) → Daylight Saving Time (DST) → Time zone (-12 to +12) → Time
format (12/24H) → Time (hours) → Time (minutes) → Date format → Year → Month →
Day → Temperature unit (°C/°F)
ON = enable feature / OFF = disable feature
The temperature unit can only be changed on the weather station. The outdoor sensor
will always display temperature in °C.
b) Backlight
• To activate the backlight for approx. 3 seconds, press any button in normal display mode.
• Only for power adapter operation: Press and hold the LIGHT/SNOOZE button for approx.
2 seconds to switch on the backlight permanently.
To switch off the backlight again, press and hold the LIGHT/SNOOZE for approx. 2 seconds.
c) Minimum/maximum temperature values
• The right half of the display shows the minimum (LOW) and maximum (HI) temperature
values of the last 24 hours.
• Press and hold the + button for 5 seconds to reset the maximum values.
• Press and hold the - button for 5 seconds to reset the minimum values.
