b) WLAN connection

To use this feature, you must operate the weather station via the power adapter.
• Download the free app "WS Tool" on your mobile device. The app is available in the Apple
App Store or on Google Play.
• Open the app.
• Tap "Add Device".
• Enter the password for your router and confirm.
• Press and hold the SET (2) and ALARM (8) at the same time for 4 seconds. The WLAN
indicator (C) flashes quickly. The station will search for your WLAN.
As soon as the network connection is successfully established, the WLAN indicator lights
up permanently.
You can view product information in the app under "Device Info".
As soon as the weather station is connected to the router, the time and date are set
automatically.
• In the app, tap on the surface with the device information.
• Under "Server", select the online weather service of your choice.
• Enter the ID, password and the station number if applicable. You will receive this information
after registering with an online weather service.
• Activate the "Auto upload" function and confirm.

15. Range

The transmission range of the radio signals between the outdoor sensor and weather station is
up to 100 m under ideal conditions.
This value, however, is the so-called "open space range" (the range when the
transmitter and receiver are in line of sight, without any interference).
In practice, however, there may be walls, room ceilings, etc. between the transmitter
and the receiver, which will reduce the range accordingly.
