General operating instructions
Before getting started
• Read the "Safety" chapter from page EN-4,
in particular the safety notices.
• Install the appliance as described and con-
nect it as described in chapter "Start-up" on
page EN-35.
Setting the clock time
The integrated clock is used for showing the
time and stopping an automatic cooking pro-
cess. It can also function as a countdown
timer.
The date is always shown in 24-hour format.
After a power cut and when first set up, the
display (1) will show the time as
The appliance is always in 24-hour
mode and can therefore not be
changed to 12-hour mode. You must
also manually change the clock from Cen-
tral European Time (CET) to Central Euro-
pean Summer Time (CEST) and vice versa.
1. Touch the
sensor (17) to set the time.
The two left digits of the indicator (30) flash
in the display (1).
2. Set the hour with the < and > sensors (14).
3. Tap the
sensor (17) again to set the
time.
The two right digits of the indicator (30)
flash in the display.
4. Set the minute with the < and > sen-
sors (14).
5. Touch the
sensor (17) to set the time
and save it.
The display (1) will now show the set time.
The colon symbol between the hour and
minute display flashes.
To skip forwards or backwards more
quickly, touch the < and > sensors (14)
for longer.
General operating instructions
Starting, pausing and ending
the cooking process
A cooking process can be
• to start, touch the "START/+30Sec/Con-
firm" sensor (13).
• to pause, touch the
sor (15).
The display indicator will pause, the turnta-
ble (7) will stop and the cooking chamber
light will switch off.
• to continue, touch the "START/+30Sec/
Confirm" sensor (13).
The display indicator will continue running,
the turntable (7) will start rotating again,
and the cooking chamber light will switch
back on.
• to end, touch the

sor (15) twice.

The turntable (7) stops, the cooking cham-
ber light goes out and the display (1) shows
the time.
After around 5 minutes on pause, the appli-
ance will switch off automatically if there has
been no further input in that time.

ing chamber door (11) is opened while
in operation.
