Defrosting

WARNING
Health hazard!
The water that melts during defrosting
can contain harmful bacteria, especial-
ly with meat and poultry!
■ Avoid any physical contact.
■ Pour defrost water away. Do not use
it for any other purpose.
■ Thoroughly clean the dishware you
have used.
Before getting started
• Ideally, use food which has been frozen at
–18 °C in portions as thin as possible.
• Removal all packaging.
• Weigh the food – its weight is needed to
ensure the correct settings.
• Place the food in an appropriately large
container which can collect the defrost wa-
ter without overflowing.
• Do not cover the food.

Defrosting by weight

For meat, poultry and fish weighing
from 100 to 2,000 g. The defrosting
time is dependent on weight, between 3:30
to 38:20 minutes.
1. Place the container on the turntable (7) in
the cooking chamber.
2. Close the cooking chamber door (11).
3. Touch the "Defrosting by weight" sen-
sor (23).

defrost time.

(100 to 2,000 grams).
5. To start defrosting,
