Sensor buttons
There are sensor buttons to the left and right
of the display that respond to even the lightest
finger touch. Contact is detected even through
a oven/rubber glove.
The sensors will only fail to detect a touch if
cleaning gloves made of thick rubber or fabric
are used.
Opening the cooking chamber
door
The appliance will pause if the cooking cham-
ber door (3) is opened while in operation.
Pause/stop
You can briefly pause or end the current op-
eration in any heating mode with the "Pause/
stop" sensor button

– Press the "Pause/Stop" sensor button
(15) once quickly to pause operation.
Depending on the temperature, the cooling
fan continues to run.
Briefly press the "Start" sensor button
(19) to resume operation.
– Press the "Pause/stop" sensor button
(15) twice to stop operation.
General operating instructions
Automatic switch-off
After around 5 minutes on pause, the appli-
ance will switch off automatically if there has
been no further input in that time.
Fan lag
After cooking has finished, the fan will contin-
ue to run for between 1 and 7 minutes to cool
the appliance down. The length of time de-
pends on the heat level inside the appliance.
Once the internal temperature has dropped
below 100 °C, the fan will stop.
Cooking chamber light
The cooking chamber light switches on auto-
matically when
– the appliance is in operation or in pause
state;
– the cooking chamber door (3) is open.
Setting the cooking time
Depending on the heating mode, it is possible
to cook for up to 5 hours.

The cooking time can be changed during op-
eration:
1. Briefly press the "Clock" sensor button
(17).
The cooking time indicator in the display
flashes.
2. Set the cooking time using the rotary
switch (20).
3. To finish, press the "Clock" sensor button
(17) again.
