Convection mode

Using convection lets you prepare meals in
the same way as a normal oven. Microwave
functionality is not enabled.
You can choose whether you want to preheat
or not.
Convection with preheating
1. Touch the "Convection mode" sen-
sor (20) until the required cooking temper-
ature flashes in the display (1) (130 °C to
220 °C).
2. To confirm the selection, touch the
"START/+30Sec/Confirm" sensor (13).
The selected temperature indicator stops
flashing.
3. Touch the "START/+30Sec/Confirm" sen-
sor (13).
The "Convection mode" indicator (25)
flashes.
In the third line, the display (1) will show
a series of bars. These represent the se-
lected temperature. When all progress
bars (31) light up, the selected temperature
has been reached.
When the cooking chamber is hot enough,
you will hear two beeps and the tempera-
ture indicator will flash again.
4. Open the cooking chamber door (11), place
the food in the cooking chamber and close
the cooking chamber door (11) again.
5. Use the < and > sensors (14) to set the
cooking time.
The display (1) will show the set cooking
time (0:05–95:00 minutes).
6. To start cooking, touch the "START/+30Sec/
Confirm" sensor (13).
The appliance will start and the fan will
switch on. On the display, the

cooking chamber and closing the cooking
chamber door again.
Convection without preheating
1. Place the turntable (7) with food or bever-
age in the cooking chamber and close the
cooking chamber door (11).
2. Touch the
