• Tighten the nuts and screws during assembly only
until they are unable to fall off. If you tighten the nuts
and screws fully before final assembly, it is not pos-
sible to complete the assembly.
8.1 Fitting the table width extension (fig. 4)
1. Turn the saw table over and place it on the floor.
2. Plug the tool rail joiner (25) into guide rail (8) in the
table width extensions (1 + 1a).
3. Mount both table width extensions (1 + 1a) loosely
on the saw table with four hexagon screws (29),
four washers (28) and four nuts (31). To do so, use
the corresponding holes drilled into the saw table.
4. Tighten all screws with the wrench (38).
8.2 Fitting the table width extension (fig. 5)
1. Fit the four legs (19) into the recesses of the ma-
chine housing.
2. Fit the rubber feet (15) on the legs (19)
8.3 Fitting the table width extension (fig. 5)
1. Mount both medium table supports (20a) loosely
on the right table width extension (1a) with two
hexagon screws (29), two washers (28) and two
nuts (31). Mount the table supports loosely on the
machine housing with one hexagon screw (33)
and a washer (28) as shown.
2. Mount both medium table supports (20) loosely
on the left table width extension (29) with two hex-
agon screws (28), two washers (31) and two nuts
(1). Mount the table supports loosely on the ma-
chine housing with one hexagon screw (33) and
two washer (28) as shown.
3. Fasten the legs (19) to the front and rear of the
machine with a Phillips screw (32) and a washer
(28) each.
4. Align the table extensions (1 + 1a) so that they
are level in relation to the saw table.
5. Tighten the threaded connections on the table
width extensions (1 + 1a) and the saw table (2).
6. Leave the threaded connections on the machine
housing loose for the time being.
8.4 Fitting the machine stand (fig. 6 + 7)
1. Position one long centre strut (18) respectively be-
tween two legs (19) on the front side (crank wheel
13) and rear side (extraction port 21) of the circu-
lar table saw.
2. Secure the long centre struts to the legs (19) with
a total of eight coach bolts (30), eight washers
(28) and eight nuts (31).
3. Position a short central strut (17) between two
legs (19) and fix them to the legs (19) with a total
of eight carriage bolts (30), eight washers (28) and
eight nuts (31).
4. Fit one tilt protection bar (16) respectively on the
two legs (19) on the rear side with a total of four
hexagon screws (29), four washers (28) and fours
nuts (31). (fig. 7)
5. Carefully turn the saw table over and stand it on
its legs on the floor.
6. Now tighten all previously established threaded
connections.
NOTE: In this step, make sure that the table exten-
sions are correctly aligned with the saw table.
Tighten both pre-mounted nuts on the rail joiners
(25).

8.5 Riving knife

Danger of injury due to unexpected start-up of the ma-
chine
- Remove the mains plug from the socket.
You need to remove the table inlay (6) before you can
install and adjust the riving knife (4).
8.5.1 Removing the table inlay (fig. 9)
1. Set the saw blade (3) to the max. cutting depth,
move to the 0° position and lock in place (see
10.2).
2. Loosen the countersunk head screw (6a).
3. Remove the table inlay (6) from the saw table.
8.5.2 Installing and adjusting the riving knife
(fig. 9 + 10)
1. Loosen the fixing screw (4a).
2. Push the riving knife (4) into the holder.
NOTE: This step can be skipped if the riving knife
(4) has already been installed.
3. Align the riving knife (4) such that
a) the distance between the saw blade (3) and
the riving knife (4) is max. 5 mm (fig. 10) and
b) the saw blade (3) is parallel to the riving knife
(4).
c) the recesses in the riving knife (4) engage in
the pins of the riving knife holder.
4. Tighten the fixing screw (4a) again.
8.5.3 Fitting the table inlay (fig. 9)
5. Place the table inlay (7) in the recess.
6. Tighten the countersunk head screws (7a).

8.6 Saw blade guard

8.6.1 Fitting the saw blade guard (fig. 11)
1. Place the saw blade guard (5) on the riving knife
(4) from above, so that the screw sits (5a) firmly in
the elongated of the riving knife (4).
Attention: In order to be able to place the saw
blade guard (5) on the riving knife (4), the quick
locking button (5b) must be pressed.
