Troubleshooting
Malfunction
No flush actuation
Incorrect flushes (too
soon, too late, unwanted)
Water is running
continuously into the
urinal ceramic.
Flushing out of the urinal
ceramic is inadequate.
Water is splashing out
from the urinal ceramic.

Cause
Mains operation:
Network failure (green LED on power
supply unit does not light up)
Mains operation:
faulty power supply unit
Battery operation:
Dead batteries (LED in the sensor window
lights up)
Disconnected or damaged plug
connections
Closed water supply valve
Contaminated or wet sensor window
Scratched sensor window
IR sensor malfunctions due to influences
in the room (mirrors, metal surfaces, glass
washbasins, etc.)
Software fault
Technical fault
Flush time set incorrectly
Basket filter in solenoid valve is blocked
Throttle is not open sufficiently
Water pressure is too low
Flow rate is excessive
Action
▶ Check the power supply.
▶ Replace the power supply unit. →

▶ Replace the batteries. → See

▶ Test plug connections.
▶ Open the water supply valve.
▶ Clean or dry the sensor window.
▶ Replace the cover plate with a
sensor window.
▶ Contact the Geberit sales
company.
▶ Interrupt the power supply for
10 seconds.
▶ Replace the sensor electronics. →

▶ Replace the solenoid valve. →
