CLEANING AND CARE

• Cleaning and maintenance work may only be carried out after the unit has cooled
down.
• Disconnect the power before cleaning the unit.
• Residues of cleaning agents can damage the surface of the unit and should
therefore be removed with a mild soap solution.
• Abrasive cleaners or sharp objects can damage the surface of the unit. You should
use a mild soap solution.
• Food residues are easier to remove when the cooking surface is still warm. Use
caution while doing this to avoid getting burned.
