• The cable connections must be closed in accordance with the diagram shown on
the underside of the hob.
• Use a good quality screwdriver to carefully tighten all the screws on the connectors.
• If the hob is switched on but only two of the cooking zones are working, you should
check again that all the connection screws have been tightened. This should be
done before contacting customer service.
Note: The unit must never be connected to the mains with a 13 A plug.
• The cable can be coiled if necessary. Make sure, however, that it does not get bent
or become a tripping hazard. Make sure that the cable does not come into contact
with the hot parts of the appliance.
Replacing the mains cable
If the mains cable is damaged, it must be replaced with a suitable mains cable. The
mains cable can be replaced as follows:
• Switch off the device at the control switch.
• Unscrew the screws on the underside that fix the cable.
• The green-yellow earthing cable must be connected to the earthing symbol
must be 10 mm longer than the live and neutral cables.
• The blue neutral cable must be connected to the terminal with the letter "N" and the
live cable to the terminal with the letter "L".
