IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Please read the instructions carefully before you start the assembly!
Structure
• Assemble the appliance according to the assembly instructions and only use the appliance-specific
parts enclosed for the assembly of the appliance.
• Please use the trainer ONLY on a stable surface.
General / Persons
• As a general rule, sports equipment is not a toy. They may therefore only be used for their intended
purpose and by appropriately informed or instructed persons.
• People such as children, invalids, or Persons with mental or physical impairments and also pets
should be kept away from the unit.
• Use of the trainer is strictly prohibited for persons with heart or brain diseases and other users who
are not suitable for high-intensity training.
• If you experience dizziness, nausea, chest pain or other abnormal symptoms, stop exercising
immediately and consult your doctor.
Device
• Do not touch the moving parts of the trainer with your hands or objects.
• The flywheel generates high temperatures after prolonged use. Do not touch it.
• Do not touch the flywheel or disassemble the bike while the flywheel is still turning.
• Be careful when standing on the trainer.
• Keep the trainer away from fire, water and other obstacles.
