Point Of Interest Mode (POI)
In POI mode, the Quadrocopter [1] automatically circles the Remote Con-
trol [5] at a constant altitude while hovering. The distance to the remote
control [5] can be between 2 metres and 100 metres.
1. Start the quadrocopter [1] and move to a medium flight altitude (ap-
prox. 2 – 5m).
2. Press the photo trigger [29] and video trigger [28] buttons simulta-
neously on the remote control [5].
3. Steer the quadrocopter [1] with the right control lever [21] to the
desired distance between 2m and 100m. Make sure that there are no
obstacles within the selected range.
4. Press the photo shutter button [29] and video shutter button [28] again
simultaneously.
5. The quadrocopter [1] starts to circle around the remote control [5]
within the defined action radius. If the selected action radius is less than
2 metres, the quadrocopter [1] automatically flies to a distance of 2
metres.
6. Move the right control lever [21] to deactivate the point of interest
mode.
