Dishwasher detergents, rinse aids and dishwasher salts
WARNING

Dishwasher detergents, rinse aids, dish-
washer salts and multitabs can be dam-
aging to the health.
■ Keep these products out of the reach
of children and pets.
■ Never use the water inside the appli-
ance as drinking water.

Using multitabs
Many multitabs already contain dishwash-
er detergent, dishwasher salt and rinse aid,
meaning that you do not need to use these
three products separately. In this case, you
can ignore the display notifications for
and
(15).
If your water is in the
– "soft" to "medium" hardness range, multi-
tabs will deliver good results.
– "hard" range, we would recommend that
you do not use multitabs and instead use
dishwasher detergent, dishwasher salt
and rinse aid individually.
To determine and adjust the water
hardness see page EN-38.
1. Push the closure (42) of the dishwasher
detergent dispenser (34) sideways.
The cover will pop open.
2. Place a multitab in the dishwasher deter-
gent dispenser.
3. Push the cover for the dishwasher deter-
gent dispenser closed so that the closure
clicks into place once again.
Adding dishwasher detergent
Only use dishwasher detergent which is in-
tended specifically for dishwashers.
