4.2 Maintenance
Depending on the quality of the sample gas it might be required to replace the valves from time to time. The
replacement is described in chapter 6 (appendices).
If the valves are very dirty, especially after a short operation time, filtering upstream the pump should be
considered. This will increase the service time substantially.
