► Remove the mounting screws on the separating blade
holder, see Figure 8.3.

► Remove the separating blade holder. The spring re-
mains on the guide.
► Exchange the blade for a new one. Ensure the new
blade is inserted correctly and flush, see Figure 8.4.

► Screw in the blade.
► Replace the separating blade holder and screw it in
tight.
► Switch on the machine.
► Log in as the setter.
► Open the Service/Blade mode menu.
► Tap Cutting.
► Tap Reference.
The machine will move to the start position.
► To exit the menu, tap the home button or the double ar-
row.
8.6 Remove the wire-end ferrule
► Remove the transport unit.
► Look for and remove the wire-end ferrule.
► Re-insert the transport unit.

8.7 Changing fuses
► Ensure the machine is switched off.
► Remove the mains plug.
► Lever the fuse compartment with a flat-blade screw-
driver, see Figure 8.5, 1.

► Replace both fuses with new ones (2 x T4AH250V).
► Re-insert the fuse compartment.

8.8 Status indicator

You can display the statuses of the inputs, outputs, and
different functional elements. The displayed in could be im-
portant for service purposes, see chapter 5.10.
► Open the Service menu
► Tap Status I/O.

plays on a second page.
► To exit the menu, tap the home button or the double ar-
