7.8 Lubricate the crimp cylinder

► Move the machine to start position.
► Remove the transport unit.
► Lubricate the crimp cylinder on lubrication point 1, see
Figure 7.4.
► Press the crimp cylinder to the right and lubricate it at
lubrication point 2, see Figure 7.4.

► Turn the crimp cylinder by 360° to evenly distribute the
lubricant.
► Remove excess lubricant with a cloth.
7.9 Lubricate the guide of the separating
blade holder
► Move the separating blade to the right slightly, see Fig-
ure 7.5.
► Lubricate the guide at the points shown.
► Move the separating blade holder several times to even-
ly distribute the lubricant.

► Remove dust and solid materials from the drive shaft.
► Lubricate the drive shaft at the points shown, see Figure
7.6.
