Removal

• Put the power generator out of service.
• Switch the automatic circuit-breakers off.
• Secure the power generator against being switched on.
If necessary, attach warning notices.
• Remove the battery compartment cover (20-6). To do this, undo the 2 fastening screws and
take the cover off.
• Disconnect the minus cable by undoing the respective connection terminal on the battery.
• Disconnect the plus cable by undoing the respective connection terminal on the battery.
• Remove the battery.
