To mount particularly hard tubeless and supersingle
tires follow the instructions given for agricultural
wheels.
!
WARNING! It is absolutely forbidden to carry out tire
inflation operations if the wheel is still mounted on
the machine!
!
WARNING! Very heavy wheels have to be moved by
at least two persons!
Agricultural wheels mounting
1. Lubricate with mounting paste both tire beads, the
shoulder and the drop centre of the rim.
2. Bring the cover on the platform (lean it).
3. Lean the tire on the rim, mount the special pliers (1)
on the front edge of the rim and place the mounting
tool referring to the special rim edge reference mark.
4. Lock manually the working arm on the trolley, then
use the control lever to press with the bead breaking
disk the side of the tire towards the drop centre of
the rim and use the pedal to rotate without interrup-
tions the locking flange until the rear bead is com-
pletely fitted.

5. Introduce the tube (remember to lower the mandrel-
holding arm) and lean the wheel on the platform to
make mounting easier.

6. Put the mounting tool close to the valve with the
special reference mark on the edge of the rim,
mount the pliers on the left of the mounting tool
whilst rotating the wheel clockwise and being sure
that the bead is in the drop centre of the rim.
Mounting of wheels with bead wire
1. Bring the cover on the platform (lean it).
2. Bring the cover close to the rim by carrying out an
appropriate centring; use the bead breaking disk to
carry out mounting of the second bead.
3. Insert the bead wire and lock it with the appropriate
locking ring.

If the tire is tubeless the special sealing ring has to
be inserted between the rim and the bead wire.

If the wheel has a tube, it has to be inserted in the
cover before mounting and it has to be deflated in
order to make it stretch uniformly inside the cover.
4. Put the valve in the special hole of the rim.

During tire deflation operation place the bead brea-
king disk in front of the wheel, thus avoiding eventu-
al damage provoked by the accidental release of the
locking ring.
