ECORDING OF TRAINING

Overview

In the menu
Stop your run times and thereby record your
training session.
Record individual laps.
Reset recording to zero.
Once you are in the menu
monitor automatically switches to the main dis-
play. This displays the already recorded training
time on the middle line (after reset: 00:00:00)
and on the line below
Things to know about the recordings
As soon as you have started the recording, your HR monitor
starts recording your training data. You can have your training
data displayed in the menu
Your HR monitor continually records your training data until you
have reset this. This also applies when you first start training on
the following day. The running time also allows you to stop your
training session at any time.
Reset your recording every time you want to start a new
recording. The memory in your HR monitor can record a total of
100 hours.
