Remove the aiming sleeve for stabilization
screw 17, 18 from the centralizer 27a.
Risk of injury if the aiming sleeve
for the stabilization screw becomes
jammed in the centralizer as a
result of severe angular misalign-
WARNING
ment between the approach direc-
tion and centralizer axis!
For the controlled removal of a
jammed aiming sleeve for a sta-
bilization screw, unscrew it with
a yellow stabilization screw
6.5 mm at least 40 mm long.
Locking the polyaxiality
Snap guide tube 7 with counter torque 8 in situ
onto centralizer 27a.
If guide tube 7 does not snap onto centralizer 27a:
To snap the guide tube onto the centralizer:
Remove screwdriver 6, 13 from guide tube 7.
-or-
Guide the guide tube 7 in an orthograde direction
onto centralizer 27a.
Insert screwdriver for retaining bolt 13 into guide
tube 7.

Fit torque wrench for retaining bolt 21 onto screw-
driver for retaining bolt 13.
Risk of injury and/or damage to the
implant components through non-
observance of the correct sequence
of operating steps!
WARNING
Only fit the torque wrench for
retaining bolt onto the screw-
driver for retaining bolt when
this is fully inserted in the
retaining bolt.
Do not slide the screwdriver for
retaining bolt in the guide tube
together
wrench for retaining bolt, and
do not let it slide down too
quickly.
Tighten down retaining bolt 27b.
The retaining bolt is tightened down when two
clicks are heard.
