the recess below in the exhaust hood. Sli-
de the lock backwards, hinge the grease
filter upwards to close it, and release the
lock again.
5. Reconnect the mains supply.
Installing/replacing the
activated charcoal filter (only
for circulation air operation)
The coal filters remove odours.
They have to be replaced as soon as the
cooking odours can no longer be adequately
filtered. If used frequently, the filters should
be changed regularly (check approx. every 6
months).
1. Unplug the mains plug or switch off the
power to the corresponding main fuse.
2. Push the locking mechanism of the grease
filter (17) to the back and carefully remove
the grease filter by pulling it downwards.

3. Rotate the locking mechanisms (20) of the
old coal filter (18) and remove the filter.
You can dispose of it with the household
waste.
4. Insert the new carbon filter (18) so that
the recess (19) on the carbon filter points
towards the cable (21) exiting the exhaust
hood's interior.
5. Turn the locking mechanisms (20) of the
carbon filter in front of the filter.
6. Insert the grease filter (17) by placing
the back end in the recess below in the
exhaust hood. Slide the lock backwards,
hinge the grease filter upwards to close it,
and release the lock again.
7. Reconnect the power supply.
