5.5 Peeling procedure
Step
1 Clamping and fixing the pipe
Fix or clamp the pipe before you begin peeling it to improve the peeling result and prevent accidents.
2 Check the direction of movement
After having connected the cordless drill to the bit make sure that the direction of movement is set to the correct setting.
The peeling procedure must be done in a clockwise direction.
3 Beginning the peeling procedure
Begin the peeling procedure slowly at first and watch the result. After a few rotations you can increase the speed of the
cordless drill. Do not tilt the cordless drill. Let the cordless drill do the work for you and just hold it.
Recommended maximum speed = 200 rpm
4 Bringing the peeler arm in the upper position and removing the tool from the pipe
Bring the peeler arm in the upper position. Loosen the cordless drill and pull the tool from the pipe.
Note
After removing the peeler tool from the pipe, always make sure that you have completely peeled the marked area.
