CHANGING
THE REAR LIGHT BULB
M50 MC50
Carefully read p. 72 (BULBS).
NOTE
Before changing a bulb, check
the fuse, see p. 71 (CHANGING THE FUS-
ES) and the effective operation of the stop-
light switches, see p. 62 (CHECKING THE
SWITCHES).

To change the bulb:
◆
Position the vehicle on the stand.
◆
Unscrew and remove the two screws (1).
◆
Remove the protection screen (2).
NOTE
Upon reassembly, correctly posi-
tion the protection screen in its seat.
The lower part has shaped profile.

CAUTION
Upon reassembly, tighten the two
screws (1) moderately and carefully, to
avoid damaging the protection screen.
◆
Press the bulb (3) slightly and rotate it
anticlockwise.
◆
Extract the bulb from its seat.
NOTE
Insert the bulb in the bulb socket,
making the two bulb pins coincide with the
relevant guides on the socket.
◆
Correctly install a new bulb of the same
type.
M50 MC50
NOTE
If the transparent screen of the
number plate light (4) has been removed,
put it back in the correct position.
The front part has shaped profile.
M125 MC125 M150 MC150
NOTE
If it has been removed, position
the transparent screen (4) correctly.
The front part has shaped profile.
