Removing the sideguards
• Swing the sideguard upwards (Fig. 21) by holding the armrest.
• With the other hand pull the catch on the rear fixing out. Now pull
the sideguard upwards to remove it (Fig. 22)
To assemble first push the sideguard to the rear catch, until you hear
the catch lock into place. Then flip the sideguard forwards, until it
clicks into the front lock.
4.3.3. Detachable sideguards with
height-adjustment (optional)
The detachable sideguards are fitted with height-adjustable armrests.
You can remove the sideguard completely.
Armrest height
• Push the pushbutton on the lower end of the tube and adjust the
armrest to the required height (Fig. 23).
• Release the push button so that the armrest clicks into the next
possible position.
Removing the sideguards
• Push the pushbutton on the lower end of the tube and pull the
sideguard fully out of the lock (Fig. 23).
To assemble, push the sideguard into the lock and adjust the armrest
to the required height. You must hear the sideguard click into place.

4.4. Backrest angle

4.4.1. Backrest (standard)

The backrest of your wheelchair cannot be adjusted. The backrest angle
is 90° to the seat surface.
