The optional backrest of the wheelchair can be angle-adjusted (Fig.
24).

4.5. Push handle height

4.5.1. Push handles (standard)

The push handles can be fitted in a comfortable position for the atten-
dant. Then adjust the backrest height and back slack.

4.5.2. Push handles (optional)

The optional push handles can be adapted to suit the individual body
size of the attendant, regardless of other adjustments.
• Release the lock (Fig. 25).
• Adjust to a comfortable height for the attendant.
• Re-tighten the lock.

4.6. Adjustable seat and backrest

4.6.1. Seat slack

The seat surface of your wheelchair can be re-tensioned. Always make
sure it is sufficiently taut. However make sure there is sufficient slack
in the pelvic area.
• If fitted, first remove your seat cushion.
• Undo the hook and loop fastener under the seat surface
The dealer can adjust the backrest by using the as-
sembly instructions.
The dealer can use the assembly instructions for
further adjustments.
