1.- Remove the packaging before using the yoghurt maker. Do not throw away the packaging until
you're sure everything works properly.
2.- Clean every part of the yoghurt maker before using. Do not submerge the body of the yoghurt
maker in water.
3.- Make sure the power cord and outlet are in perfect condition.
4 - Prepare the yoghurt mixture using the recipe you want.
NOTE:
There is a recipe booklet included in the box for reference.
5.- Pour the mixture in to the appropriate container (6 or 7) depending on the amount of yoghurt
you are going to make.
NOTE:
When using the small container (1.6 L), we recommend putting a little water that
has been boiled in the body of the yoghurt maker so the transmission of heat over
the entire surface will be more even, which will improve the fermentation of the
mixture. Do not put in more than 200 ml of water.
6.- Put the container in the yoghurt maker (4) and cover it with both lids (1 and 2).
7.- Push the power button (3).
8 - Leave the yoghurt maker on for 8 to 14 hours.
When the time has finished, turn the yoghurt maker off using the power button.
NOTE:
The time required to make yoghurt depends on both the ingredients used and the
ambient temperature outside the yoghurt maker.
9.- Let the yoghurt cool down to room temperature and then put the container in the refrigerator
with the lid on.
