UNPACKING
1.- Open the large box. Remove all packing materials and protective covering from the unit and
parts.
2.- Remove all accessories and book instructions.
3.- Place the device on a hard surface, flat and level.
4.- Please make sure that you clean all parts that come into contact with food with
soapy water, and then dry.

1.- Do not keep the unit running more than 35 hours.
2.- After each use allow the unit to cool before the next launch.
3.- Food dehydration will allow storage for longer periods, with a minimum loss of vitamins and
flavours. You can also use it to dry flowers or medicinal plants.
4.- Cut the food into thin slices, place on the trays in an tidy and even way, allowing air
circulation through them.
5.- Avoid putting too much food on the tray, leaving the rest free, distribute the food among all
the tray.
