1.- Place the unit as indicated in the location before installing.
2.- Place the stainless steel pot in its holder.
3.- Add chocolate in the form of chips, beads or small pieces into the stainless steel pot, without
exceeding the maximum recommended weight or the melted chocolate may pour over the
tray.
4.- Place the control to the "MELTING" position and the chocolate will begin to melt.
5.- After a few minutes, verify that the chocolate has been melted, using a spatula or spoon to
mix the chocolate until a uniform texture has been obtained.
6.- Place the control to the "WARM" position to keep the previously melted chocolate warm.
7.- To turn off the fountain, press/rotate the button to the OFF position.
WARNING
: Never mix water and chocolate, or the chocolate will not solidify again. Be
sure to dry the spoons and spatulas that will be used with the melted chocolate.

CLEANING / MAINTENANCE

1.- Before cleaning, make sure that the device is unplugged and at room temperature.
2.- Wash the chocolate that may remain attached to the pot. NOT DISHWASHER SAFE.
3.- Do not pour the melted chocolate down the drain, as it may solidify and clog pipes.
4.- Do not use aggressive cleaning products or metallic sponges that may scratch the stainless
steel surfaces when cleaning. Make sure to dry all of the elements well before reassembling
it.
5.- Remember that the motor unit can not be submerged in water. Clean it with a moist rag,
making sure to dry it after cleaning.
6.- If the grinder will not be used for a long time, store it in a dry, well ventilated place away
from humidity.
