The necessary data for the service centre is on the rating plate. The rating plate is on
the front frame of the oven cavity. Do not remove the rating plate from the oven cavity.

The oven is cor‐
rectly connected to
an electrical sup‐
ply.
The automatic
switch-off is deacti‐
vated.
The oven door is
closed.
The fuse is blown.
The Child Lock is
off.

Moist Fan Baking -
is turned on.
The lamp is burnt
out.

The oven door is
closed or the door
lock is not broken.
