check:
¾ The electrical protection of the system in
accordance with VDE regulations
¾ Preprint of the MAG (if available)
¾ Tightness of the pump's sliding ring seal
¾ Function of the setback preventer
¾ Pump and flow noise
¾ Tightness of the system and fittings
¾ Cleanliness of the plant
¾ Corrosion of plant parts
Check of the safety distance (water level
adjustment), the inlet valve and the overflow
when the inlet is fully open
Check all visible cables for condition, tight-
ness, fastening and external corrosion
Testing for operational capability, tightness,
external corrosion
level switching, adjusting heights of on, off
and alarm level check, control of the reflux
preventer for tightness
Checking all removal valves for tightness
and possible changes in water, odor, paint or
suspended matter.
Examination of the rinsing process of rinsing
devices (flushing boxes, press sinks), if
necessary correction of the rinsing water
volume.
Testing of the marking of all pipelines and
sampling points
