• The device can only be operated with clear water. Dirt such as sand, sediments, solids or even small
stones can lead to Stuffing or dirt the flow sensor or the integrated check valve and thus lead to the
improper functioning of the installation. In order to prevent the risk of malfunctions due to blockage
or contamination, we recommend the use of a suction sieve in the suction line.
LED „POWER":
Displays the operational readiness of the flow monitor and the pump.
• Lights up:
• Not lit:
LED „ON"
Displays the active operation of the flow monitor and the pump.
• Lights up:
• Does not light:
LED „ERROR"
Displays a dry run of the pump.
• Lights up:
• Not lit:
Pushbutton „RESET"
• Pressing the button acknowledges any malfunction.
• By pressing the button, the pump can be started manually.

Possible causes of errors at the pump switching machine

• A water loss of more than 1 l/min. is present at some point in the entire installation;
¾ check that all consumers are closed and that there are no leaks.
• Faulty electrical connections;
¾ check the connection of the power supply - is voltage (230V/50Hz);
¾ as soon as the required mains voltage is in place, the „POWER" LED lights up.
• The pump housing is not filled with water.
¾ the safety system has been triggered and the LED „POWER" lights up, the LED „ERROR" lights
up.
¾ Fill the pump housing with water and then restart (RESET button).
• The pump is blocked.
¾ the LED „POWER" as well as the LED „ERROR" light up, the safety system has been triggered.
Trough pushing the „RESET button" the „ON" LED lights up, but the pump does not start. In this
case, contact technical support.
• Air inlet at the pump intake;
¾ pressure is significantly lower than the nominal pressure or there are constant fluctuations. The
safety system stops the operation of the pump and triggers an error message;
- The LED „POWER" and the LED „ERROR" light up.
- Check the sealing of the connectors and the seals of the intake shaft.
• Pump is constantly running on:
¾ possible leakage in the piping system;
¾ check all sampling points for leaks – especially hoses and mobile sampling points (e.g., garden
syringe, etc.).
Mains voltage is on;
Mains voltage is not on.
Pump „On";
Pump „Off".
Error is present, pump is stopped;
The system is operating normally.
