• Now open the nearest picking point a little;
¾ As soon as the pump switcher detects the switch-on point, the pump is switched on again and
water is sucked in;
¾ There may be air in the suction line that is sucked in by the pump.
- This can cause the pump switch to detect a fault;
- „POWER ON" LED Lights auf, „PUMP ON" LED Flashes;
- Pump is stopped;
- Press the RESTART button - the pump will start operation again.
¾ If there is a large amount of air in the suction line, the pump switcher may again indicate this fault
because there is still air in the pipe – fi ll the pump housing with water over the fi lling nozzle and
then repeat the procedure described above;
¾ Allow possible air inclusions to escape until a continuous jet of water fl ows out of the sampling
point (may take a few minutes);
• Close the picking point again;
¾ The pump continues to run until the pump switching machine fi nally shuts down the pump with an
integrated follow-up time.
• To vent the entire piping system, slowly open each sampling point in the system and allow the air
pockets to escape until a continuous jet of water fl ows out of the sampling point;
• Now the Conel Stream is in automatic operation and automatically controls the demand-oriented
supply of drinking water from the collection points.
NOTE:
• For a long and trouble-free operating time of the Conel Stream and the entire ins-
tallation, do not open the sampling points abruptly (avoidance of pressure blows
in the entire piping system).

NORMAL OPERATION

• Under normal operating conditions, the Conel Stream operates maintenance-free.
• We recommend regular inspection and, if necessary, cleaning of the fi lters in the storage, suction and
drinking water pipe
NOTE:
Max. 20 evenly distributed starts and stops, per hour at 60 seconds on/off time - more
frequent switching intervals can lead to damage to the Conel Stream;
The Conel Stream has a thermal overload protection according to EN 60947-4-1,
which automatically switches off the Conel Stream when the pump motor is thermally
overloaded and switches it back on automatically after a cooling time of approx. 15
minutes.

DECOMMISSIONING / DISASSEMBLY

10.4.1

Decommissioning

DANGER: Danger to life:
• All decommissioning activities may only be carried out by professional and
knowledgeable personnel who have been suffi ciently informed by studying the
operating instructions in-depth;
• Wear your personal protective equipment and DO NOT work with wet hands or
wet feet or stand in the water – avoid a fatal electric shock;
• Consider this as well as the Conel Stream as well as the pressure lines are fi lled
with the conveying medium and are under pressure;
